Kermit’s Key Lime Shop
Ketmit’s is one of the most well-known and popular Key Lime Pie shops in Key West. They have their own production of pies in various different styles. You can get a classic pie or pie dipped in chocolate, strawberry key lime pie and other variations of the classic.
This pie shop is also where you can get a gluten free Key Lime Pie in Key West for those who can’t have gluten in their diet. Not only do they have variations of the dessert, but they have Key Lime themed products like tumblers, candles, and honey.
You can’t miss the brightly colored yellow and green building for a stop in for the pie. There are actually three different locations with two locations right on Duval Street.
Key West Key Lime Pie Company
At the Key West Key Lime Pie Co, you get fresh pies every day from a 100-year old recipe. They use all-natural ingredients, real key lime juice and a handmade graham cracker crust.
On their menu they have whole pies, slices, chocolate dipped, mini pies, and pie in a cup. They also have a gluten free option here at this shop so it’s another gluten free option spot.

Key Lime Pie Bakery
A locally owned and operated bakery is the place to go for fresh Key Lime Pie. They also have a large selection of souvenirs and other products like cakes, cookies, quick mixes, salt water taffy and tea all key lime themed.
It’s considered the original birthplace of the pie many years ago in 1856. So if you want a truly historic location, be sure to stop by this one.
Limes And Pies
Limes and Pies is a fun little stop for some Key Lime Pie. They sell homemade pies here and various other products including cookies, honey, and candies. They have a specialty Key Lime ice cream too that is delicious.
To go with your pie or ice cream, you can order a coffee drink there too and enjoy it out on the terrace looking out to the street.
Blue Heaven
One of the most famous places in Key West to eat Key Lime Pie is Blue Heaven. It’s famous for its sky high meringue on top of the Key Lime Pie.

Better Than Sex

Pepe’s Cafe
Pepe’s Cafe is known as the oldest eatery in the Florida Keys and second oldest in the State of Florida behind the Columbia restaurant in Tampa. It’s a rustic little place serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
On the menu they have a wide variety of dishes on their menu including seafood and meats. Be sure to ask about their free slice of Key Lime Pie if you purchase an entree.
Moondog Cafe
Moondog Cafe is located next to the Hemingway House in downtown Key West. It’s a relaxed setting with options for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The colorful house is filled with bright murals, lights, and a garden-like atmosphere on the patio.
Their bakery offers different tartlets, pastries, cakes and pies on their menu. The Key Lime Pie is perfectly balanced with a sweet and tart taste and a burnt meringue on top. If you don’t come here for the lobster pizza, come here for the Key Lime Pie. They have a classic pie on the menu as well as a Pina Colada Key Lime Pie giving it a fun new twist.

La Grignote
La Grignote Cafe and Bakery is a delicious spot for breakfast and lunch. They serve salads, sandwiches and pastries with beautiful presentation and fresh ingredients.
The Key Lime Pie dessert here comes baked in a mini circle that’s perfect for one or for two to share. If you’re there for dessert, be sure to also get their honey cake to go along with your pie.
Old Town Bakery
The Old Town Bakery is a beloved local bakery known for its freshly baked breads, pastries, cookies and pies. Its award winning Key Lime Pies have been voted as some of the best on the island.
The bakery is housed in a charming 19th century building on Eaton and Grinnell Streets. Everything is baked on-site using the freshest ingredients.

At Latitudes you get upscale fine dining with beautiful views of the water. Its located on Sunset Key that is accessible by a ferry that takes you to this beautiful resort.

Banana Cafe

Mattheessen’s is a handcrafted dessert spot that serves up Key Lime Pie, cookies, fudge and ice cream. Their pies have a thick homemade graham cracker crust and an authentic filling from the finest ingredients.
Their Duval St. location is worth a stop by when you are in Key West. Their second location is in Nashville so if you’re ever traveling through Tennessee, you can still get an authentic Key Lime Pie.
